MY MAPS SANS by Andree Paat (2016)

For my BA final project I experimented with different virtual tools that have a drawing functionality to see how different software can manipulate my type designs.

I drew characters in Google My Maps and generated 14 fonts from the initial drawing by distortion using the most popular map projection grids in the free web app Indiemapper.

Supervised by Ranno Ait, Mikk Heinsoo, Carl-Robert Kagge
